Holiday cooking party was a winner

The 2011 Holiday "Show Stopper" class started with a whole, boneless, poached salmon and ended in a feast for all of the participants. It was a perfect blend of new and experienced cooks. Check back for announcements for the next class. In the mean time, here are some photos from the holiday class.
